In stock items

We aim to deliver your items within 7-10 working days, however dependant on stock levels sometimes this can take up to 21 working days, in which case you will be notified by our team.

Out of stock items

If an order is placed and the item is out of stock then we will immediately contact our supplier to get an estimate on how long the order may take to be delivered in to our warehouse for dispatch. Please be advised, sometimes items that we stock online may become discontinued with our suppliers/manufactures. In this instance we will advise you and refund your order in full.

Faults or Damages

Upon Receiving your items, your order must be checked in to ensure there has been no damage in transit. All faults or damages must be reported within 24hrs of receiving the product. You must send an image of the reported issues and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you.
